What We Will Do Together:
- Our products are non-refundable. It is mandatory to shoot an unboxing video to raise Replacement Requests.
- The delivered product(s) can only be replaced in the following circumstances:
- Incomplete order delivered – Missing a product
- Damaged product delivered (Physical damage to the product)
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- The replacement request is generated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Under what conditions the Replacement Requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging missing (Outer carton)
- The replacement request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery.
How can I raise a Replacement Request?
Step 1 –
Raise a Replacement Request within 5 days from the date of delivery, along with your order on the below details: Order Updates/Queries – Email –Step 2 –
After your replacement request is received, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you within 2–3 business days. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges through any of the wallets.Step 3 –
After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. In case of unavailability of the stock, we will inform you once the product is back in stock.
